Dan Bariault has 40 years of experience providing affordable legal services to business start-ups and companies in emerging industries. The firm offers legal services in entity selection and formation, transactions, litigation, and regulatory matters. Dan holds two advanced degrees in business and is a former adjunction faculty member who taught graduate business courses in finance, marketing, and management. Dan has practiced law in the Republic of China and in U.S. Federal Court in Puerto Rico. Dan is a regular presenter of continuiing legal education for regulated industries, business valuation, and digital transactions.

After graduating from Washington State University with a BA in Political Science, Dan earned his JD from Seattle University School of Law. Dan also earned a MIM from the American Graduate School of International Management, and his MBA from Puget Sound University. He also earned a Certificate in Entrepreneurship from MIT.
